# K3 v1.0.1 Image Input

This release contains scheduler/runtime/OS dependency debs, manifests,
provenance, installed-deb E2E evidence, and a complete image model overlay.
Install `model-source/rootfs/` into the image root and verify every file against
`model-source/model-assets.json` before sealing the image.

`image-profile.json` is the complete `full` image contract. The model rootfs is
release-local and self-contained; external canonical paths are rebuild
provenance only.

Canonical model sources are
`/data/company/project/vlm-llm-benchmark/drivers/spacemit-ai/model_zoo` and
`/data/RV/rva23-bench/models`. The exact scheduler model contract is
`manifests/model-manifest.json`.

The archived `evidence/k3-ppocrv6-shim.json` is an independent recognizer/EP
diagnostic from an earlier device run. PPOCRv6 shim files are not a scheduler
runtime requirement; the product OCR route uses the PP-OCRv5 assets listed
above.

Install `runtime/rv-sherpa-onnx-runtime_*.deb`, the required OS packages, then
`scheduler/k3-scheduler_1.0.1_riscv64.deb`. The release identity is fixed to
source commit `7d3781be60a483849fe59fa70c4300c2587b964a`.

## Attune application packages

The Attune application-layer packages are staged under `attune/`:

Install these after the scheduler/runtime dependencies are in place. The server
package contains only the Attune NAS Web/API control plane; scheduler packages
still own inference runtimes, model lifecycle, and model files. The web demo is
the browser test surface for Attune APIs, and the OSS companion package carries
generic prompt/profile/skill assets.

The base image or official apt source must provide `ca-certificates`, `curl`,
`libgcc-s1`, `poppler-utils`, and `python3`, as locked by `image-profile.json`.

## Cloud/dl manual model distribution

For manual installation from the cloud, download the complete 42-file model
package from `manual-models/model-tree.tar` instead of `model-source/rootfs/`.
`model-source/rootfs/` remains the local image-build overlay contract and is not
published as a directory on dl.
